Georgian Dream Coalition urges the CEC to remove the so-called inscribed voters from the unified voter list. Zakaria Kutsnashvili of the party briefed in this regards today and said that there are 189,000 `inscribed` voters in the list, who do not have a right to vote. Kutsnashvili accuses the government of attempting to legally rig elections.
