House of Georgia opens in London

Until the completion of the Olympic Games 2012, people, who are in London will be able to learn more about Georgia, its culture, history and traditions by visiting House of Georgia, which was opened in the British capital.
Folk band Shvidkatsa performed several folk compositions at the opening ceremony of the House; children`s choreographic ensemble danced for the visitors, who were also offered to taste Georgian wine, view the exhibition of paintings, among which was the painting by world-known Georgian artist of the IXX-XX centuries Niko Pirosmani. The house of Georgia is situated on one of the most prestigious districts of the city and it will host visitors for the duration of the Olympic Games.
