Parliament chairperson leaves for Hungary on official visit

Chairperson of the parliament of Georgia, Davit Bakradze left for Hungary today. Within the official visit, Davit Bakradze will meet with the president of Hungary, parliament speaker and other lawmakers. A special event will be held in connection with the Independence Day of Georgia and the 20th anniversary of the restoration of diplomatic relations between the two partner countries. `Within the visit I will meet with the president of Hungary, parliament speaker, MPs and the members of the Georgia-Hungary friendship group. We`ll mark the day of Georgia`s independence and the restoration of diplomatic relations between the two countries. Hungary is our partner and friend country, they support Georgia, its territorial integrity, our friend at the NATO and the European Union, therefore, enhancement of such relations and cooperation is very important for us,` Davit Bakradze said.
