Spain`s National Police have arrested 13 people of four women and nine men, who are reportedly Georgian nationals. They have been arrested for alleged membership of a gang of `thieves borjas` acting in Bizkaia. Those arrested were charged with several burglaries in the lock pick or destruction of the bowler.
