Georgians arrested in Spain
Spain`s National Police have arrested 13 people of four women and nine men, who are reportedly Georgian nationals. They have been arrested for alleged membership of a gang of `thieves borjas` acting in Bizkaia. Those arrested were charged with several burglaries in the lock pick or destruction of the bowler.
After being brought to justice yesterday, eight were sent to prison Nanclares Basauri and one of the Goose. The raid of Bilbao is part of a wider operation nationwide, with more than 50 arrested in Barcelona, Alicante and Burgos, among other provinces.
Different cells of this type of criminals are operating in Bizkaia for months. Borjas open locks without using violence, ransack the house and fled without a trace.
