Economic Minister attends international forum in Germany

Georgian delegation is participating in the international forum of transport in Leipzig, Germany. Minister of Sustainable Development and Economics of Georgia Vera Kobalia heads the delegation. She delivered a speech at the opening day of the forum and focused on the reforms that are underway in Georgia`s transport sphere. Along the official part of the forum, Georgian minister discussed prospects of cooperation at bilateral meetings with the heads of transport offices of various countries. Tomorrow, Vera Kobalia will attend the session dedicated to the discussion of the piracy problems.
Georgia`s former Prime Minister Nikoloz Gilauri is being interrogated at the anti-corruption agency of the interior ministry in connection with the attempt of artificially bankrupting Kartu Bank, which was owned by the current prime minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili.
