Stunning images of the Indian cities and the high audience ratings among Brazilian viewers mark the excellent debut of ‘India: A Love Story‘, the latest telenovela from TV Globo in Brazil.

Written by Glória Peres (author of the international success ‘The Clone’), ‘India: A Love Story’ was filmed initially in beautiful and symbolic locations, like Jaipur, known as the Pink City, and Agra, famous for the Taj Mahal.

‘India: A Love Story‘ will show as its central plot the forbidden love affair between young Indians from different backgrounds. Maya Meetha is happy, intelligent, works in a telemarketing centre in Rajastan and belongs to a traditional family from the merchant class. Bahuan is graduating in the US, works in an American firm, but never forgot the humiliations he suffered as a child because of being a dalit (untouchable) - part of the human contingent that the sacred texts refer to as "the dust at the feet of the god Brahma.", those considered impure and are condemned to not even let their shadow touch someone from a higher caste. This system was outlawed, but the customs still exists. Bahuan is the son of two servants, also untouchables, who were burned at the stake for accidentally touching their master while he bathed.

Maya has reached the age to marry and her parents, the perfume maker Manu Meetha and Kochi, search all over for a suitable husband. Like every Indian girl, she had always believed they were the best suited people to find the right man; but that was until she met Bahuan. Moved by an overwhelming feeling, the couple plans a future together and keep being surprised by fate.

In a painteresque small Mexican town, near the US border, the 13 year old girl, Guadalupe Santos is drugged and raped by Ernesto Riobueno, a young rancher who has been harassing her for quite some time. In contrast, Sara has a privileged life among silk and gold, however, she is riddled with sadness, and childhood memories filled with illness and solitude.

You Are the One (Sos mi Vida) is a 2006 Argentine romantic comedy TV series. The plot of the series is based on a romantic story between a rich a rich businessman and a poor female boxer. He is Martin Quesada, ex-F1 driver, now successfully managing the family business. After longer time abroad he comes back and in the hall of his firm he meets a girl who rocks his world completely. She is Esperanza Muñoz, la Monita, boxer who due to a hand injury is looking for a job…
